Dragon workshop, Lantau Island

In Lantau Island, HK, I stumbled upon this father and son business gearing up for Chinese New Year. They make the dragon heads (and other animals, real and not) for street festivals. It's incredibly fiddly work; a process of fixing near weightless strips of bamboo into complex structures onto which a paper-maché face is pasted.
